  I remember reading somewhere that Charlie Brown isn’t actually bald, it’s just that he has a really short crew-cut with really blonde hair

    Stewie and Harold both have vestiges of hair and Arthur is covered with fur, so I think it's more of a bald vibe than actual baldness.

    That’s what Charles Shulz said, and I can buy that’s it’s a very light blond tuft of hair from the front, but no way this hair in profile is anything but a few strands of hair!
