I’m just your average Canadian wolf. I’m a siren enthusiast and railfan as my main hobbies. I run the Civil Defense Sirens Wiki, and am working on restoring a few vintage sirens (such as a FS&S Model L and a rare Sterling Siren MOD. F) as well as a 1970s Safetran mechanical crossing bell.

That’s weirdly aggro for something it’d take you, like, 2 minutes at most to look up and find for yourself. You don’t need to rely on OP or anyone else to do it for you.

I love MKWii and the mods for it, but god does the game have the worst item balancing in the series. The AIs are all constantly spamming POW Blocks and Blue Shells, which often get rid of your item right as a Red Shell or two are headed your way. There’s no invincibility buffer after getting hit by the Blue Shell either, so you get hit by the Reds too. The fact the Blue Shell instantly stops you in place while sending you flying upwards instead of sending you flying forwards like in other Mario Karts means it’s an even worse time loss. And it’s not uncommon to get hit by multiple in one lap.
Still my favourite Mario Kart, just very frustrating sometimes.

It’s much easier to imagine your opponent crying, throwing a tantrum, and pissing everywhere in rage than it is to actually come up with a real response to what they’re saying.

Same with unskippable cutscenes, especially before a difficult boss. It’s no fun to have to sit through it over and over if I’m struggling with said boss, or have to sit through a cutscene I’ve seen several times in previous playthroughs. This also applies to the game’s credits.

Speaking of gen 5, here’s a very strong sun team I’ve crafted up in Volt White 2 Redux: Sunflora with Drought for setting up sun, Sawsbuck as my Chlorophyll sweeper, Volcarona as a Quiver Dance sweeper, Victini as a Choice Scarf revenge killer and scout, Excadrill for rapid spinning Stealth Rocks away and tanking hits, and Emolga for paralyzing threats and abusing Volt Switch. Even the water gym didn’t stand a chance!

Renegade Platinum’s the way to go. There’s much more pokemon variety, the trainers are stronger and smarter, and there’s plenty of QOL fixes that make it feel more modern.

The Pizza Hut here where I live is rather depressing. It’s still open somehow, but I never see anyone go inside and the parking lot is always empty and somewhat overgrown. Seems they mainly survive by doing delivery orders, I guess. There’s way better pizza in town so there’s not much appeal to getting PH.
