    When I graduated college in 2004 I rented a 1 bedroom shit box for $1200. I can’t imagine how bad it is for renters today. Also, fuck “land lords.”

    Only five states have minimum wage above 15. Only 8 total are at 15 or higher. According to this: wagebystate.com/minimum-wage/

    You couldn’t be more wrong. I make less than I made 25 years ago, and I’m not even close to minimum. Jobs around me mostly hire at $11-12. Maybe $16 if you’re a welder or something.
