    Basic math? Are you unaware of how much coffee/tea/soda you consume in a given period or did you forget the /s?

      I’m aware of the amount of coffee, but unaware of the caffeine content in that coffee

        Filter coffee is around 150mg caffeine per cup.

        Espresso 80mg per shot.

        Thst should get you through the math of caffeine intake.
