Pizza purists are so funny. Like oh, your culture/city/country has a monopoly on putting random stuff on top of flat bread while it’s baking? Get real. Probably the first load of flatbread ever made, the person eating it was like “This would be better with some sauce and stuff on top while it’s baked.”
