  It was some jackass doing laps in the parking garage. The cringe boy racer kids do this shit because if it’s not on the street then they can’t catch charges beyond trespassing.

    Looks like it was the old guy next to tge car, no. Cringe behavior has no age limit. But realistically, maybe not everyone should drive 400hp cars

    Seems like a bmw/toyota supra, fairly fast. also as the camera whips to the dog right near the end I think that was the run up to the stop section.
