Nestle. A little child labor never hurt anyone, but an $80 Mario game!? Fuuuuccccckkkkk!!!
Seriously though, fuck all of them. Nintendo is an excessively litigious piece of shit company.

Nestle also makes coffee crisp, which is worth it.

Making me pay $70 Mario Kart World impacts me way more directly than a company exploiting public water resources, ergo Nintendo is more evil than Nestle.

Nintendo never told third world mothers that their own breastmilk was dangerous for their children. Nintendo never funded paramilitary groups to protect their hold over slave labor.
Nintendo did not produce MULTIPLE Riddick movies

Nintendo funded Hamas though

I think their active work against unions is the big one for me.
2022 NLRB complaints accuse Nintendo of America (and staffing partner Aston Carter) of firing testers after union questions, coercing workers, and treating long-term contractors as second-class citizens. Multiple former employees confirmed low pay, isolation from benefits, and retaliation fears.

Making overpriced games is more evil than murdering hundreds of people? Do you hear yourself?
