In case anyone is like me and only knows this from years ago, the creator filmcow is still around and has been making tons of great content all these years (check out vulo lives). I think he’s even crowdfunding a new ending to the llamas with hats series at the moment which I’m pretty psyched for.

No one was asking them to put this ban in place, and hardly anyone noticed it for an entire year, so how did that help them in any way?
The graphic content excuse makes zero sense because, according to them, they still allowed signups with mobile. Plus they knowingly kept the ban in place for a year while being notified by users the entire year.
- Comment on Is Lemmy an effective alternative to Reddit? 2 months ago:
The only reason I use it is because Reddit killed the mobile app I was using. Lemmy is less useful to me by every metric, and I still use Reddit when searching for stuff on desktop, never Lemmy.

- Comment on Has Google Search gotten so much worse in the last couple of weeks? 2 months ago:
As a basic bitch that hasn’t gone to page 2 of a google search in years I don’t really notice a difference.
The ai answers, related questions, and ad results are not especially helpful but at the end of the day I will find what I’m looking for.

I was curious if it was possible to get a tanky to agree with the easiest shit ever, the undisputed issues. Like I said, I’ve never really seen them talk much outside of memes.
Apparently it’s not, they will die on the authoritarian defense hill before ever acknowledging the trampled masses they claim to represent. They are like Trumpers but without the veneer of patriotism.
- Comment on Is it me or is everyone in hexbear insane? 3 months ago:
I could grant you every irrelevant assertion you made about the location of protestor murders, and that BS about think-tanks and it would mean nothing because, again, that has nothing to do with the actual grievances people have with the CCP, which you will never address because you are a complete hack.
- Comment on Is it me or is everyone in hexbear insane? 3 months ago:
I don’t need to engage with a CCP cuck in all their petty talking points to know I don’t want to be a CCP cuck with petty talking points. You do you bro, your life is a joke.
- Comment on Is it me or is everyone in hexbear insane? 3 months ago:
All I want to hear from you is an admission that the CCP murdered protestors, and that they jail people without giving families or the international press any contact.
- Comment on Is it me or is everyone in hexbear insane? 3 months ago:
Thanks for posting your thoughts, I don’t get many opportunities to hear tankie brainrot as it’s often purged from my feed before I even open the comments.
#1 whatever did or did not happen at the specific location of Tiananmen Square doesn’t address that the Chinese government murdered student protestors. Doesn’t matter if it was two blocks over or on the other side of the country. The CCP will use lethal force against protestors.
#2 a think tank has nothing to do with all the Uyghurs whose family members have disappeared without a trace. The CCP makes people disappear and they offer zero transparency into their judicial process.
You’re quibbling over minor specifics and ignoring the undisputed parts that are most damning. Stop being a propagandist for a government that doesn’t even align with your proported beliefs just because ”america bad".

“Reich effect” on google is wall to wall Nazi shit. “Reich effect psychology” leads to oldmates Wikipedia page.
- Comment on America's Smartest Man Finds Something Interesting 3 months ago:
I assume this is referring to William Reich the psychoanalyst. His books look interesting in the way all kooky psychoanalysis crankery does, but I don’t think he ever wrote about high T alpha males before dying in 1957.
He did write about about how fascists gain power by sexually repressing the population though. I’m sure Elon would hate his views on that.

What we need is a visionary stem dropout to put it all together in a powepoint and release a YouTube video about how academia is suppressing their ideas.
- Comment on Objectivity 5 months ago:
Even so, academics is such a niche and marginal problem compared to, like, anything else that capitalism fucks up.
Scientists are still doing good things all the time under capitalism. Environmental sciences criticize problems that capitalists are loath to address all the time, but also apparently capitalism funded their research for a century.
This post is just more populist tanky agitprop to make dumb people angry and distrust institutions and science whenever it tells them something they don’t like.

I haven’t played this so take my 2 cents with a pinch of mixed metaphor.
My assumption for this game was that DLC would be new copy pasted outposts, weapons, etc. That’s the way a lot of procedural games go. It’s not bad really, you take a good core game and pump it full of new set pieces and toys til hell freezes over.
