I gave it a shot within the first year it came out, only ever played ~10 hours and just didn’t find it that fun I suppose.

Same, my most played game ever. I find it funny, at least to me, a game from 2007 thats barely supported by the dev is significantly better than the other modern team based shooters like overwatch and marvel bandwaggon money maker.

Thankfully, because of the way Lemmy is built, we will forever have smaller communities that don’t turn into garbage like that.

I have never once seen this message I’m my adult life, using Pixel phones since the pixel 1.
Although I do try to be respectful of my ears since I have fairly loud tinnitus already so maybe I just don’t listen to music loud enough to trigger the message.

Of ylu watch the video other core half life devs state they regret not finishing episode 3 with estimates thagbitbwoulf have only taken another ~2 years of work.
Although theybalsp pointed out we probably would have not gotten another game in exchange, like maybe portal or tf2

Fair, definitely a learning curve and I can definitely sympathize with trying to fix things in Linux, I have had my fair share of why is that doing that, I just find that more tolerable than windows lol.
- Comment on This shitpost is preventing shutdown 5 months ago:
I also use Linux at home and am forced to use Windows at work. I disagree with Linux being more annoying, I’ve fully embraced the mindset that open source/Linux supported software is the only software that exists and I haven’t had any issues since I switched years ago.
Of course if you really really need some specific software for some niche that doesn’t have a perfect open source equivalent that’s a harder pill to swallow for some.
I’m much happier on Linux, my windows work PC is nothing but a pain to use.

The article states the taken down was sent to Garry Newman, so that would be his game studio face punch. Valve would not be included in this legal battle.

Honestly if this massive energy need for AI will help accelerate modular/smaller nuclear reactors 'm all for it. With some of these insane data centers companies want to build each one will need their own power plants.
I’ve seen tons of articles on small/modular reactor companies but never seen any make it to the real world yet.

How cool, more about cloudhoppers if you’re curious like me. It looks like they start around $23,000, which is a lot considering you can get into paragliding for a lot cheaper than that I think. I would rather paraglide.
