Especially dangerous if it’s a high voltage wire. Even standing close you can become the least resistant path to earth.

I tend to agree. Being a narcissistic asshole isn’t the same as being evil. In the first case, it means doing bad things because you are self centered and have no regard for other people. The bad things aren’t done to hurt others, just to in a self serving way. Being evil requires an intent to do harm.

Obviously, a bidet is the best way to have a clean butt, but baby wipes are a good compromise when in public bathrooms, they clean much better than dry toilet paper. Or wash on the side of the bathtub.
- Comment on Amazon: The same 31 products you don't want, again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again 5 weeks ago:
Amazon is deliberately built to be terrible for the users, so they can push products that make them the most money. Most filters are useless, and some don’t work properly, you only have limited sorting options that also don’t work properly (if you sort ascending by price, it will still put sponsored results that don’t respect the sorting order). A while ago, I was looking for a product that I knew should cost about €5, and I couldn’t find any cheaper than €10 until I got to the 10th result page.
For an example of a good search interface, just check farnell.com. It’s insanely good, you can basically filter by any attribute of a product. Being able to use something like this to search for a laptop, or a mobile phone would be amazing.

UI design too. Making a good UI means putting some effort into it, hiring devs native to each platform. But that costs money, so they do the minimum with the cheapest frontend devs they can find using some cross platform html ui technology like electron.

Also, they successfully occupied most of the countries in western and central Europe. It’s only when they tried to expand into Russia that the war started. If they didn’t pick a fight with the russians, the Third Reich would have lasted much longer.

The problem would be solved if these scales would take a AAA battery which has a lot more capacity than a tiny cell.

If you draw a line from the right edges of the 2 curves, you got the back side of a fish.

To be fair, those tech upgrades aren’t exactly trivial to do, and most programmers aren’t skilled enough to do it.
These kinds of projects need very careful management to avoid running overtime and over budget.

Nice reference to PBS Space Time. The YouTube channel where I just get bullied with science, and for some weird twisted reason I like it.
