It’s basically finances vs convenience. By renting you’re paying for convenience. But you’re taking the hit in your finances.
And just because you’re renting doesn’t mean you’re absolved of the landscaping fees. If you rent a house it’s expected that you’re still mowing the lawn and paying those expenses. Otherwise you live in an apartment where those costs are handed down to you through rent.
There is a lot to consider there but in the end you’ll be spending more money which you’ll never see again by renting.

Homeownership is still cheaper. Every cent that goes towards rent you’ll never see again. At least at the end of your mortgage you have something you can sell to recoup most of what you spent. Or rent it out.
While although taxes can go up your mortgage never will. Your rent will.
My mortgage is $1700. If I were renting this place it would easily be going for $2400 if not more.

Read it one more time. Notice the word COULD.
I never said jails are for innocent people. I said it’s a holding cell for people who have yet to be tried. Which means they COULD be innocent.
Never heard of innocent before proven guilty?
Are you really this dense?
Reading problems.

You said jail is for innocent people.
So in other words you have reading problems and don’t understand basic English and grammar.
- Comment on Monopoly 5 days ago:
You should also read.
While key differences exist between jails and prisons — jails typically house people awaiting trial and those serving short sentences, while prisons confine convicts long term — the Justice Department’s study remains illustrative of life behind bars….

Nope. They aren’t. They have different meanings no matter where you are. You just hear a lot of people misusing the word due to a lack of education.

Statements like this make me believe a lot of people have kids because it’s some item they can check off their list to live up to what society expects from you. Why even have kids if that’s your mentality?
- Comment on *Naruto 5 days ago:
Why’s that? People grow a lot with maturity and knowing what they actually want out of life between 25-40.
Of course this process never really stops but between those ages you’re going through a lot of transitions and new experiences. You’re still doing a lot growing up during that period.
It’s not unfair to say that marrying young is a bad idea because you don’t really know who you are yet and there is a lot of opportunity to grow away from your spouse.
By the time you’re much older a lot of this is out of the way. You’re lot further into your career and in a more stable place.
Anyway just my experiences but I don’t think marrying young is a great idea.

Prison. Not jail.
Jails are temporary holding areas until you get to see a judge. Which means you could still be innocent at that point.
Prisons are for folks that have been prosecuted. They belong in prison.

Nah nothing wrong with wearing socks with sandals when you’re home. Do what ever the hell you want.
But I do agree with wearing proper footwear while doing dangerous things.

Ya ArrowHead knew what they were doing and what was going on. They signed up for it. There’s no way this wasn’t on their risk matrix ahead of time with the resolution already scoped out.

Has nothing to do with design. Buy the right sized bag and problem solved. Work an extra shift if you can’t afford the right sized bag.
- Comment on [deleted] 2 weeks ago:
Facepalm.
You buy bags that are too small. Then you complain on the internet that the bags that are too small don’t fit. Then you start complaining that the bags that DO fit are too expensive.
Then you have the audacity to accuse the bag companies of poor design.
Fuck man. Life is hard for you I bet.

Interesting take. I’ve been using teams for a few years now since that’s what most of my customers use. I can’t say I’ve experienced any bugs or any of the issues you’re sharing.
Only thing I can think of it’s related to Mac and their version of teams. The app for windows seems to work flawlessly.

Do you not have carpets or what?
I couldn’t imagine fucking up all my carpets and furniture over time from being too lazy to take shoes off.
Plus I just don’t understand how it’s comfortable to wear shoes all day long. I usually can’t wait to get home just so I can take my shoes off. I don’t feel like I can truly relax without them off.
Do you wear your shoes when you’re in bed and snuggling on the couch under a blanket too???
