Mouthfeel is an incredible sense. Babies learn what the world is by pushing handfuls of it into their mouths. Texture, taste, angularity, porosity, density, degree of lithificaton… instantly.

Bad Graph says: 0.75% of 8 year olds were diagnosed in 2000 versus 3.2% in 2020.
Correlation =/= causation.
How have the diagnostic criteria changed in 20 years? Autism was a stigma when I was in high school in 2000, now it’s a spectrum. Are there routine screenings at pediatricians now?
Number go up, but what else go up simultaneously?

I am a biological woman. I identify as such. I don’t know what the same person plus 30+ minutes with a curling iron has to do with cheating. Effort? Vanity? This is far, far beyond me somehow. I am also very old so there’s that.
