  I had near constant ear infections for like three years. I always figured it was due to my allergies and unavoidable. Then I read a little throwaway comment of Lemmy about not using qtips and figured why not give them up for a while and see. I’d tried multiple rounds of steroids and antibiotics with not too much success.

  It worked. I haven’t had an ear infection since.

  You seem like you might know:

  Someone told me that poop isn’t actually food waste, but more the bacteria (or whatever lives down there) that died while helping your body digest said food.

  I’ve taken the chewables before. They don’t sound nearly as bad. They do have a horrible expand in your mouth while you’re chewing them thing going on though.

  Diseased marshmallow has come to my mind quite frequently when eating them.

  They do work well though.
