How dystopian of them.

At least you didn’t know that wasn’t the social norm. Eating sunflower seeds whole is like swallowing splinters and causes constipation. As for shrimp, it’s just an unpleasant chew as far as I’m concerned.

Better yet, install a doorknob instead just so you can say it’s your knob

It also doesn’t fit in your pocket. How convenient.

Most commonly kegs when growing up for a large scale. Usually you pay $5 for a cup all you can drink.
On a smaller scale, picnics I guess? Idk I don’t really go to ragers these days and the amount of gusts to parties Ingo to don’t exceed the amount of cups somebody has.

Yeah, til you have to shit them out the next day.

Nah I confirmed. He was just tossing them in his mouth and eating them whole. This is how the conversation came to be in the first place. He was a work friend and I offered him some sunflower seeds and he said “nah man too crunchy” and that unravelled the whole thing. He was a pretty sheltered guy, eating mostly processed garbage and nobody cooked in his house growing up. He was a nice guy just pretty oblivious at times. I once got him to eat one of those Airborne capsules you put in water and drink as a chewable.

If you’re worried about that, you should check out a Meshtastic node. Even if infrastructure fails, that network will remain online as long as there’s people using them within range and functioning GPS satellites in the sky.
Since everyone that uses one helps transport encrypted or unencrypted traffic, there is no single point of failure.

I knew a guy like this. He said he didn’t like sunflower seeds for the same reason he didn’t like shrimp. “Too crunchy”. Apparently he was eating the shell and all of both of these things…

I’m pretty sure Nintendo specifically tries any way possible to prevent their customers to pay less in any way.

It absolutely does for me! People call it being “hangry”.

I bet she was happy and completely normal after getting her chicken.

Some American stores just put glass between the customers and basic, inexpensive products with a buzzer to call an attendant… Let me tell ya, that was a uh, choice…
Employees hate them because they didn’t hire a dedicated unlocker because that’d cut into their record profits. Instead, they just rely on employees to stop what their doing and unlock the various locked up products around the store.
The average customer also hates this because we have to wait on somebody to unlock a low priced item as stupid as laundry detergent or eye drops… We are talking products less than $10 and various things locked up in different places in the store so depending on what you’re wanting, you might be waiting a while. Average waist time during busy hours: 5-10 minutes per unlock.
The result of course is many customers including myself just stop buying the locked up products at the stores that do this.
Meanwhile, companies the implemented this stupid idea are “baffled” as to why the sales of these products have taken a significant hit…

It’s a kink just like anything else. Some people get off on being degraded I guess. I have done race play in the past, it’s not really my thing but it is in the moment because it’s their thing. Seeing them get off to it is the attractive part, not really the “how” if that makes sense?

Agreed but on the other hand, his recklessness has brought a lot of awareness to the whole thing including a go fund me that is about to hit $500k. As long as Ben holds up his end of the bargain and pays the family, his antics will 100% be worth it for the family.

It’s way easier to ignore all the static and just watch the Reckless Ben videos yourself. Even if you don’t know the law as well as like Legal Beagle or somebody you can see there’s a lot of things morally wrong happening regardless of the law. Then there’s the police corruption. Also obvious abuse of the court system.

I just got a car that shuts off when stopped. I hate it. Especially when you stop at a stop sign for a second too long and it shuts off then you hit the gas and it hesitates because it has to literally start the engine before moving.

Nah, they read it. Just want to cut in line because they feel more important that everyone else. It’s pretty obvious when somebody pulls that shit on purpose. Then others you can tell they are oblivious. I usually let them in either way because I try to not get annoyed by the little things in life but sometimes it’s hard to not get annoyed…

I’m happy you found cool stuff to do but the investment is expensive… I see an electric vehicle, a kayak, and an electric bike. That’s thousands for the bike alone… Oh and that skate park requires a skateboard. Last I checked that’s a few hundred dollars.
There are cheaper ways to do what you’re doing of course but there’s also storage concerns. Not many people that are worried about their finances have space to store an entire kayak…
I appreciate you trying to get it, but it’s pretty obvious that you don’t.
