Metamucil helps but miralax helps more honestly. I’ve definitely been eating a higher fiber diet but I’m not sure if ive been getting enough insoluble fiber 😅

My only experience with sonic growing up was the Chao garden in sonic adventure 2 battle, which I only played once or twice when I went over to a friend’s place, but I was absolutely mesmerized by the Chao garden
They wanted to play the sonic levels and I just had no interest in that part lol. I tried to go back and play it on emulator a bit ago and got a ways into it, but the camera controls felt a bit like pulling all my teeth out one by one 😅 I guess I’m a bit spoiled by modern games for a classic sonic experience
I wish I could have played it more when I was little

Because I often use ketchup and some lime juice as part of the sauce for certain stir frys I will add some lime juice and shake to incorporate all the ketchup into it, and then pour all of that into the next bottle (adding some lime if it gets too thick), repeating until I have a single bottle of ketchup and lime juice and a few almost completely empty bottles to throw away
It might be worth the effort if I actually had the energy for that, but I don’t lol. Why do I do this to myself??

Another thought would be talking to people more. Ai emulates the edifice of human connection but doesnt have any depth or challenge- adding more social time would probably be helpful if you have folks you’d wanna spend the time with :)
If you dont, that might be a challenge worth taking on, social support is deeply important
I’d also say researching how people get over behavioral addictions would be helpful, as ai overusage feels like it has many addictive elements

That’s okay, you should feel free to pursue the things in life that you hope to experience :)
For some people this is aspirational, and its nice to chat with other folks who are wishing from the same things in life and share in the experience of hoping for connection and tenderness- but if this specific image doesnt evoke something you want thats okay. Theres no obligation to connect with every meme, there are enough to go around for all of us :)
