- Comment on Game developers desperate for you to join their Discord "server" 2 weeks ago:
I don't like them for the reason that it is easy to be lost in the folds when you join one. I can't be in any discord server larger than 200 people and that's pushing it.
- Comment on For a while Microsoft was the King of PC stuff. How come they didn't just cozy up to the PC but had to do the XBOX and pretty much lose their ass with all the cash grabs? 2 weeks ago:
They did the XBox because they simply just wanted to. I don't really understand the second half of your question and would prefer it if you expanded on that.
- Comment on AMD and Sony’s PS6 chipset aims to rethink the current graphics pipeline 2 weeks ago:
I would much rather prefer remakes than remasters in this case.
- Comment on Elon Musk’s xAI joins race to build ‘world models’ to power video games 2 weeks ago:
Nobody asked for Mark to join the video game industry and nobody asked kiddie-diddling Musk either.
- Comment on Why does the GOP think “ANTIFA” is bad? 2 weeks ago:
Because the GOP knows what they've become. Which are Fascists, pretending to have morals.
For everytime they allow Trump to do whatever he wants, they are fully in complicit.
- Comment on How the hell are there already shirts, hats and even jerseys made for the winning teams of some championships? 2 weeks ago:
“What I can say is they end up in countries in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and South America.”
Lol, okay. Let's fuck with their timeline of history by giving them merchandise of a team that lost the big one when it says on a shirt that they did.
Only America.
- Comment on How the hell are there already shirts, hats and even jerseys made for the winning teams of some championships? 2 weeks ago:
That's actually amusing.
I'm imagining someone over on the other side of the world, wearing a 2004 St.Louis Cardinals WS Champions hat or someone wearing a Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl LVIII Champs shirt as well.

- Comment on Can a person who is a convicted felon/ rapist even get nominated for the Nobel Peace Price? Extra points if you can ELI5 that. 2 weeks ago:
Once Trump learns that Obama got one, he's going to want one too. I thought for a moment that he was going to get it for getting involved between North and South Korea, trying to unify them and take credit for all of it.
- Comment on Can a person who is a convicted felon/ rapist even get nominated for the Nobel Peace Price? Extra points if you can ELI5 that. 2 weeks ago:
I think the Nobel Peace prize has lost a lot of merit over the years. It still finds a way to go to those who're deserving. But then we have people like Obama, Kissinger, Yasser Arafat and the EU in 2012 that wound up with that has put a dent in its legitimacy and legacy.
- Comment on 2022 vs. 2026 FIFA World Cup ticket prices 2 weeks ago:
Oh they know there'll be people paying this for sure. All just to watch their country disappoint them.
- Comment on When did Cash for Chritianity become a thing? When even Jesus the son of god wouldn't stand for it in a church? If they preach why don't they practice from the bible? 2 weeks ago:
Because religion, particularly Catholicism/Christianity, are giant grifting operations who promise you better positions in heaven by giving money.

- Comment on Is it me or does it seem like review bombing on Steam has become so much worse recently? 2 weeks ago:
Review bombing is so stupid. Steam reviews have been garbage for a long time, you'll barely find any useful reviews but they are diamonds in the rough. A lot of reviews are just people who shit all over things, try to be witty and whatever else. Then they'll come over to your reviews and mark them 'funny'.
- Comment on Texas National Guard arriving in Chicago 2 weeks ago:
God just from hopping out of the truck, they're hungry already.
- Comment on Do boycotts work? 2 weeks ago:
They work if they're organized, well-informed and well-planned.
They don't work if they're reliant on petitions, mixed messages and no structure.
- Comment on [deleted] 2 weeks ago:
People aren't that smart.
- Comment on [deleted] 2 weeks ago:
It mostly helps that TOR is majorly funded by the government. So of course they'd know about it more than anyone else.
- Comment on How Long is Too Long for a Reply? 2 weeks ago:
None as long as the answers are insightful or helpful.
Maybe a consideration if the answers are just bullshit.
- Comment on Why are fruits and berries healthy, even though they are mostly just sugar? 3 weeks ago:
Because these are naturally grown sources of sugar that is untainted by the joke of the food industry's idea of processing sugar?
- Comment on Emperor of overpromising Peter Molyneux says he's done with games after Masters of Albion, which is also his 'redemption title' 3 weeks ago:
Are you going to lump Shigeru Miyamoto in that same bold claim?
- Comment on I finally decided to go full piracy against big companies 3 weeks ago:
You can't blatantly assume all games are like what AAA is. Indie development is the beacon that says that games can still be made simple, without all of the corporate fluff and shit jammed into it.
- Comment on I finally decided to go full piracy against big companies 3 weeks ago:
Okay, okay.
I am going to have to whip out this criticism for anybody that has made these kind of rants.
STOP. FOCUSING. ON. AAA. GAMES!
I'm not kidding, that's your problem and that's anyone else's problem who get sick of gaming as a whole. You keep kicking that can down the street for AAA game development to pander to you, but end up disappointed over and over and over. But you still kept your hand out, you still bought their games at Day 1, you still bought their DLC, you still waited for all and any patchwork. You were still there!
Meanwhile I and several dozen others by now, have been in the pirating game for years before you and anyone else had the guts to finally join in after having your face slapped hundreds of times by this point.
And people have been also telling you for years as to what the better alternatives that was out there were, but nooope! Still stuck to AAA development.
Took you long enough.
- Comment on Why doesn't Hamas or Israel just meet at a predetrmined place and time and just have out or kill the crap out of each other? Instead of involving civs who don't have anything to do with war? 3 weeks ago:
Hamas was what Afghanistan/Osama Bin Laden was to the United States but Palestinians ended up being the Iraq end of the matter for Israel.
Do the math.
- Comment on New Steam study alleges that Valve's store is home to extreme right-wing "wars" 3 weeks ago:
The forums are to be avoided. You can't even have an honest non-political discussion in them because it is filled with immature asshole trolls with somehow too much time on their hands. I'm permabanned from Steams official forums because of just suggesting we get rid of the jester award. Cue in legions of fuckheads storming in 16 pages worth of my reviews and flagging nearly all of them with jester awards. Fuck that shithole.
It's even astounding how one of the trolls, was married and has a kid. What a life that guy has to find so much time to be an asshole online while having a family. "Uh sorry honey, I'm too busy owning someone online because they had an opinion I don't like, I'm not going to have dinner with you tonight."
- Comment on For when arguments go off the bottom of The Debate Pyramid 3 weeks ago:
I feel that online arguments always start at the Contradiction layer and always sharply go down short of the violence part.
- Comment on Are the character names in most Anime real Japanese names or just made up? 3 weeks ago:
Copied from Google; Many anime character names are real Japanese names with traditional meanings, such as
Sakura (cherry blossom), Naruto (maelstrom), Sora (sky), Akari (light), and Haruki (spring tree). Other anime names, like Goku, Yagami, Sasuke, and Kakashi, also have real Japanese origins and meanings, though some may be less common or more metaphorical. - Comment on Are Street Racers "bad people"? 3 weeks ago:
A lot of them are assholes, yeah. You can safely assume some of those people are also lawbreakers if they're already breaking a few dozen laws by doing stupid street racing. Probably drug dealers too. Doing something like illegal street racing, is like a criminal's side-hobby. You won't know what else they've done until they've gotten arrested.
- Comment on Ubisoft's new Tencent-backed company is called Vantage Studios, a 'creative house' that will take over development of Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six - PC Gamer 3 weeks ago:
More like continuing to drag these zombie series on as long as possible.
- Comment on Does being a ‘hero’ mean you are a perfect person? 3 weeks ago:
No. Who you described at the end is what is called an Anti-Hero, who is someone who can do good things but they do them their own way which might not always be the right or correct way to solve a problem. Even if the problem was solved.
