Reading your description, does this character need a label? Could you create your own word, like Nelwyn in Willow? Which I realize that is used to describe an entire group. Maybe that word is what is used in your world to describe what we would in real life call a little person.

The big park in the little town where I live used to be soccer fields, now they built a huge soccer complex. But the city refuses to plant trees at this park because the kids might want to play soccer on it still. It used to be 3 soccer fields, reduce it to 1.

Yes. But I’m addition to the normal pay you get for working you also get to fine the production. I made more in those 3 days than I normally made on set in a week, and only 1 of the 3 days was actually filming, the rest was prep work for me.

I worked in the movie industry in New Mexico for 2 years. Most stuff i did a small budget, non-union pictures. Then i worked 3 days for a union show, i was not union, but the job i was doing had union protections (teamsters) I got a bonus every 15 minutes we were late to lunch, i got a bonus because we wrapped late, i got paid 3 times as much for my kit.

I tried doing this with my landlord. I moved my business into a building with the understanding that after a year I would buy it. Around the year mark the LL started dragging his feet about the Salé and started to say he was going to open a business in one of the vacant suites, or boot a tenant he kept having issues with, and open in their suite.
Then the disliked tenant had a fire that severely damaged the building. While repairs were in progress the LL agreed to sell the building to the problem tenant without any word to me. The sale was over a year out when I had to renew my lease. He sent me a word doc to sign, it had his signature already added. I added a clause saying if he was to sell I had to decline in writing before he could sell. He only noticed because it changed the page count of the lease.
I really wish I had added it to my initial lease.

It will largely depend if they are using the 99 ui and control, or something modern.
After my best friend that I met playing EQ died a few years ago I started playing again a bit, but the ui and controls are so last century I could not keep doing it. Bit if it is modernized I still at least try.

For a typical, non-live music sound check I used Ghost, or Dio. If it was a speaking sound check I used a JFK speech.
The only time I sent audio from the auditorium to the lobby, and thus the elevator was a live band or a speaking engagement. Otherwise it was filler music.
The elevator was really only used by staff, so thinking about putting music on in it was such an afterthought that it very rarely happened.
One early morning sound check during an event hosted by a coalition of Baptist schools I played Ghost’s He Is, and the head preacher was grooving to it. That was amusing. They did yell at me for doing a sound check with Dio’s Rainbow in the Dark, and Holy Diver. I firmly reminded them they were in the auditorium early, that the space was mine until their rental started.

I used to run a theatre and our elevator had a speaker. I could play whatever music I wanted on it. If we had a show in the auditorium, I would put that through the speaker, if I remembered to set up the matrix for it. I rarely did, so there hardly ever was any music playing in the elevator.
