- Comment on When a parent's primary/preferred language differs from their child(ren)'s primary/preferred language, who should have the most "obligation" to learn more of the other's preferred language? 2 days ago:
As someone who was not allowed to learn Spanish as a child, or really second language, i say learn as many as you can.

This is the first thing trimp has said that excited me. But in the little i have looked at getting my own KEI van here in New Mexico i knew it was going to take more than him thinking about it too legalize them.
Ms. Sadek said. “If you get into a collision with a 5,000-pound pickup truck, you’re going to lose.”
This is going to be the biggest hurdle. In my small town i doubt it will be an issue, but in a busy city i doubt this will ever happen with how large trucks and SUVs are becoming.

We used whatever we could get our hands on.
A frozen seal was probably the most common, which is not world ending as it is fine after you defrost it. But once it is defrosted you have to recertify it, which takes about a week.

If I had a nickel for every time this happened I would have probably about a buck thirty-five, which is not a lot, but shit did this happen too often.

As someone who used to do preventative and emergency maintenance on -80 freezers, this hits hard. The number of nights I spent swapping samples from one unit to another because the first unit was failing was a lot… but it was automatic triple time.

Thank you for the very detailed explanation. That really clears it up for me.
Mostly I only play games on my Mac that are available for Mac, with one or two exceptions. I used whiskey for one of them.

macOS we had Whisky, but the guy threw in the towel when he realised another company was making a commercial product out of it, he didn’t want to take away from the work they were doing.
I misunderstood what happened with whiskey, I thought he was making a free version of a paid product.

They come into the house on your clothes, your shoes, my dog’s fur. Yes they end up lying around the house. The number of times I have stepped on one barefoot in the middle of the night is far too high.
But why do you leave power cords lying around?

Do not get together with family.
I am hosting a Friendsgiving at my business this year for friends. Other than my wife and kid’s, no family was invited. If I wanted to deal with them I would go to their thing.

Some of the stuff with the conjoined twins. And how they talk about Trixie.

I loaded it onto my Steam Deck not too long ago and my 19 year old son had a blast watching me play it. A few of the jokes did not age well, but over all it is amazing still.

The first guide i know i got from GameFAQs was Star Wars Masters of Teräs Käsi, which came out in '97. I may have used it before that.
I also had printed out game guides (on the supersede white and green paper) in the early 80s.
