  I have to disagree. Linux desktop is perfect if you’re just using it for browsing, emails and documents. It’s when you want to game or use special software, you might run into issues.

  Because Microsoft’s goal is to make as much money as possible for their investors.

  Linux’s goal is to make a good (and mostly Open Source) OS for the community.

  But to be fair, Windows, at it’s core, isn’t a bad OS. It’s all the bloat, that makes it almost useless.

  So the correct expression would be: Far side / Dark side ≠ Shadow side.

  I had to explain to a co-worker today, that the far side of the moon and the shadow side is not the same thing. I’m amazed how uninformed some people are. I thought it was main knowledge.
