- Comment on American Truck Simulator/ Euro Truck Sim coming to consoles 1 week ago:
Not too surprised. They have really improved their controller support over the last few years. I am able to play the game without issue with my HTPC using a controller.
- Comment on Battlefield 6 players are crying out for a 'real' server browser, and it's about time we demanded the basic FPS feature that Call of Duty killed 2 weeks ago:
It would be nice if we had both options. Let peoe matchmake for the default experience and let those that prefer custom servers to use those instead. There are problems with using only community hosted servers, such as game rules and less ideal admins.
That behind said, the longetivity that community servers offer is likely the reason they have been scrapped by EA. They want everyone to move to the next title that comes out like what people so with CoD.

Bottom. The spacing/size of the stairs is the biggest clue. If we were at the bottom, it would indicate that the stairs are very tall and not very wide. As others have said, the worn carpet is also an indicator, as the carpet on the side of the stairs would not be worn. It would also likely have something sticking out like most stairs, not just flat.
- Comment on Climate change is a hoax 1 month ago:
This has always been my point for climate deniers/skeptics. Making these changes will have noticeable effects outside of just reducing green house gases. Cleaner air and energy independence are concrete benefits that cannot be denied.
- Comment on Signatures skyrocket for Stop Killing Games campaign after big youtubers take up the cause, resulting in 100k signatures in 2 days. (Details on how to help in text body of post) 1 month ago:
It is better to try and fail than to not try at all.
- Comment on How do you keep track of what games you have played over the years? 2 months ago:
Some people use categories in their steam library, but it would be nice to have something else to track it all.
- Comment on Software engineer lost his $150K-a-year job to AI—he’s been rejected for 800 jobs and forced to DoorDash and live in a trailer to make ends meet 3 months ago:
I wonder how much of his time has been spent applying for other markets. The middle of New York isn’t the hottest market and remote jobs are very in demand.
I also think companies relying on solely AI are going to struggle long term or have to spend a ton of money fixing the mistakes that it creates.
