  I was wondering why this was so far away from may first, which is dat of the workers or labor day in most of the world, only to find out that America does it differently.

    Grover Cleveland later made it an official national holiday in 1894 after the Pullman strikes. He selected the September date to put distance between the socialist May Day protests and the concessions he was making to the Labor movement.

    True enough I guess, neither side shows the entire truth, but one has some connection to reality, the other doesn’t.

    And even if both were detached from reality, Biden’s message at least sounds nice, Trump’s message is just an incoherent rant

    Of course the middle class is a thing, its the petite bourgeoisie and the professional managerial classes. Its not what Biden was using it as, workers who aren’t in poverty, but it absolutely is a thing.

  obviously, trump is deranged and far worse. But biden is an idiot who has no idea what hes talking about, too. Hes not describing middle class, at all, nor did they build america. It was built off slaves and abusing immigrants.
