  DS9 is very clearly a direct spin-off of TNG, which was basically a soft reboot of the franchise. I don’t see how this is a difficult question.

  GTA and RDR have zero decision making or conversation options or skill trees. They are open world action games that took some design notes from open world RPGs.

  I’d say it’s just barely an Action RPG. But there’s no real decision making in the story, or even an attempt at it like Mass Effect, The Witcher, Cyberpunk.
