They never tried to steal any tech, they were given tech by the US government for years in return they were to be the one and only source of cheap consumer goods and then trump 1.0 happened and all that was thrown out the window.
China hates trump for a multitude of reason but this one in particular especially.

Trump loves tariffs because of the wealth transfer aspect not the protectionism aspect.
The tariffs allowed for another massive wealth transfer just like his old tax reform from his first presidency and the big ugly bill. This was obvious from the start of said tariffs being enacted.
Why is everyone surprised that there is no refunds for the electorate? Did we just learn about who trump is? He is definitely robbing the US treasury blind. Yesterday he said the US tax payer owes him reparations; he actually said the word reparations.
The world cant wait for the news and will jump for joy when it happens. You guys should already be burning down your white house but all you do is keep going to work.

That explains the slight interference I was getting. There must have been a signal just in range to scramble things but not close enough to see or hear. Our stations were on 12, 6 and 10 and you could get PBS on 32 on UHF.

Two stereo audio (red, white) and one video(yellow). Called rca composite.
The colours one you are thinking about was called YPbPr Component connector and it split the video signal in multiple colour channels for clearer video signal.
