reminds me when I was in fifth or six grade and two girls a grade or two older than me would constantly find me in the hallways between classes, corner me, and either start hitting on me, or say flirty shit about me to each other just loud enough for me to hear but quiet enough that it left me wondering if they were doing it intentionally.
I didn’t like it and I wanted it to stop, but I remember feeling really conflicted about wanting to do anything about it because it was also kinda validating at the same time, and I was definitely a weird kid that needed validation at the time. Honestly can’t remember too much more about it, genuinely not sure if I spoke up or not at this point.
But to this day if I hear some people speaking to each other in hushed tones and giggling and shit, it can still bring me back to that feeling of not being sure if some other people are talking about and laughing at me.

Space Station 14. I can’t get enough. Even just sticking to botany, the depth and complexity of what can be achieved feels limitless, let alone botanist+syndicate agent where I can buy “gatfruit” seeds and grow revolvers inside fruit.
Hands down the most fun multiplayer gaming I’ve ever enjoyed.

If you can afford option 2 go with option 2. That CPU especially is so much better, on top of the video card improvement.
Wilds specifically is poorly engineered, just look at the Steam reviews. If that’s the main game he wants to play, every little bit helps make it run slightly less awfully, but also other demanding games will benefit as well

Some music gear that I haven’t really used at all, and don’t feel particularly inclined to lean in and really figure out how to use. like a drum machine (arturia drumbrute impact) and a sequencer thingy (arturia beatstep pro). I could sell both of those and not feel like I’ll ever miss them.
Watch collection is pretty dumb and I really only ever wear one of them anyways. But damnit, they’re neat, and I enjoy rebelling against smartwatches.
Arguably, purchasing a custom ordered Taycan wagon with nearly all the options. BUT, car depreciation only matters when selling, and no other cars out there tick all the boxes for me like the Taycan does, so I’m okay with it

Yep. The invite was sent at nighttime the previous day so I didn’t even show up for it. Manager had to ping me on slack to get me into the meeting to get laid off while I was still in bed slowly waking up that morning.
And I was so completely done with that company that I just broke out in laughter as soon as the call ended. Couldn’t have worked out better for me.

She’s an exceptionally talented singer, her ability to hit notes higher than anyone else that’s ever been recorded is really fucking cool. And she’s got some really great songs (Someday, Emotions, Fantasy, Dreamlover, Always Be My Baby). But the fucking christmas song is definitely not one of them!

that is actually extremely my vibe. I used to work second shift, and third shift for awhile before that. is nice that the whole region is winding down. traffic is much more tolerable, grocery stores aren’t busy, life is a bit quieter
