Anyone can edit Wikipedia is a false belief. There are moderators who monitor popular posts from being edited. These moderators are usually from PR management companies who spend a lot of time editing pages to appear legit and also sell their services for a fee.
So, NO, anyone cannot edit it or even add factual data without the approval of a “moderator” who may be awfully biased at not letting bad comments about their clients publicized.
The founder himself is not hiding his bias. It’s always been used as political and commercial PR by politicians and companies but with a cover of being an “Encyclopedia”. Just like how many NGOs are fronts for government intelligence agencies.

This is what I feel sometimes when I see people doing some deliberately stupid things online. They might just be too desperate to be the next viral thing, even as though it’s too stupid, in expectation to earn some money and make ends meet.
They don’t have much to lose and this seems like the only way to gain a moment of fame. But the platforms are rigged for pay to play to hell, and most get ridiculed all over the internet for it.
The restaurants making ridiculous food, people doing obvious stupid trends, streamers doing fake surprises, fake podcasts revelations, families doing awful shit to each other and so on.

On Android, you can enable ADB over Wifi, then you just connect to those IP addresses to share the screen and control the device.
They use real devices because every devices likely has a separate mobile data running and unique identifiers tied to those device, apps and configuration, which makes them appear authentic users and hence fool automatic spam detection systems.

I think reactOS is perfect for old terminals that use windows XP. Like PoS and other.
I mean using XP is already terrible for security and many government pay Microsoft for support to continue using them on dumb terminals. I don’t even know if they are sending security updates anymore.
But, If they can setup ReactOS to run those apps (after testing they’re fully compatible). Air gap them from the internet, they could be an alternative path forward for a lot of old hardware. At least reactOS will get updates, unlike Windows XP.
