Im not arguing anything. Im just saying that progress in sience does not matter if it comes from goverment, or billionare, or dude in a barn.
Ah. I see. Yet you failed to include an example of a progress made by a billionaire. And made 3 typos in that sentence, but who’s counting.
Im trying to fight urge to say, “i bet you are often confused.”
And fuck you too I guess.

I’m sorry, what are you trying to argue here? I’m genuinely confused?

But that wasn’t privately owned company but public one though?

medical innovations
In the past ~30 years (I haven’t read older data) no drug research in US was privately founded. They all consume massive government grants for it. The “cost” the big pharma is so loud about is manufacturing and treatment testing. But the actual research is founded by your taxpayers.

Oh, I read the OC idea as a symptom cure. It’s not as good as curing the cause, but symptoms need to be addressed too.

I have no problem with the rich. In fact I love them! I’d love to have as many rich as possible.
Unfortunately, that means, the gold hoarding dragon monsters we have currently at the top needs to go.

As an European, I believe it was always only in USian minds. Noone on the continent thought so, we always saw you to be weird religious nuts who keep legal slaves to this day. Oh, and you’re warmongers.

Discover Weekly feature has been quite effective.
That used to be me.
I listen mostly to old swing, jazz, etc. It was fine. How can you mess it up?
And now I’m getting damn AI slop, pretending to be 1930’s music.

Scrambled eggs or pancakes are the limit of the imagination I’ve seen from Italian restaurants. But most places have pastry or some variation of a sandwich that’s going to be mostly bread.
- Comment on hmm breakfast 4 weeks ago:
Granted, I know Italy only from a tourist perspective.
Every damn restaurant closes in the summer in the middle of the day. So do many shops.
Italy rarely have breakfast restaurants - or at least what I’d consider a breakfast restaurant. Some variations of a premade ready to go sandwich ain’t it. And the good places ain’t open in the morning, but rather during brunch hours and serve brunch/lunch more than breakfast.
brioche stuffed with ice-cream
I know you’re joking. You’re kidding, right? :)
- Comment on hmm breakfast 4 weeks ago:
Coffee and sweat pastry, or Coffee is something I commonly saw in Italy (and only Italy)
- Comment on hmm breakfast 4 weeks ago:
While we’re shitting on breakfast culture in Europe I think that Italians have the worst. They have messed up daily rhythm (siesta and then dinner late in the evening)… Actually no, that’s not an excuse. They have garbage breakfast culture, period.
Literally everyone else’s breakfasts are awesome.

I think the emphasis was on you calling it the normal town, instead of “boy town”.
Calling it “normal” and other “girl town” means that the “girl town” is abnormal.

I hate analogue clocks. Why use subpar way of reading time if digital is so much better?

So while I didn’t enjoy the show, I’m grateful for it

Just get a detachable screen? We had them at my family home?

Are you making a point that slaves in USA are treated better than slaves in Saudi Arabia?
theguardian.com/…/us-prison-workers-low-wages-exp…
800.000 legal slaves in the USA make more than $11 000 000 000 (11 billion) of goods and services annually.

USians have slaves, I don’t see anyone screaming about boosting an oppressive regime?

Wonderlands
Interesting. To me that game was just the worst:
Unskippable, long, very very very long, boring dialogues.
Shitty weapons, but fantasy. E.g. no oomph feeling when you hit the enemy with a large ice explosions. It just scraps a little of their health.
Boring, unchallenging fights.

Are we reading the same post? I don’t see wounded victim, I see OP saying no (for any reason), then see a hypocrite throwing a tantrum, and the OP being hurt by the hypocrisy and the tantrum?
And you calling him an incel for that? Was he supposed to bend over and suddenly get interested because that’s what she wants?
In your head how OP should behave here to not be an “incel”?

You’re confusing lust with attraction.
