  Yes, actually that’s really common practice in all states. Out of staters are always tagged more for infractions because their far less likely to try to fight it in court and more likely to just pay the fine. This is what happens when police departments have quotas to meet :(

  Male hearts are larger and have different proportions than female hearts, and the camber proportions also differ. There are also differences in the muscle texture itself. I know a LOT can change during transition, but I didn’t think your heart would get restructured due to current gender reaffirming care. There’s another reply to my comment where somebody much more educated than me offered some info! I did not intend to make a “strong claim” about this, I said im PRETTY SURE not that I know because I simply do not lol.

  I know males and females experience heart attack symptoms differently, and im pretty sure transitioning doesn’t affect that. Friend of mine that transitioned suffered a heart attack but didn’t have the classic chest pain symptoms so didn’t know what was going on, and my SO had no idea female heart attack sysmptoms can differ from males and didn’t even know what to look out for and she’s female. Not sure if there are any other ailments that differ in expression between males and females and how transitioning affects them or not! Definatley an interesting field to talk about I think, and one most people aren’t educated enough in.

  Personally I disable auto updates and only update when I decide I want to, nothing worse than getting stradled with an update when u need quick access to ur computer!

  To be fair 4.03 isn’t even supported firmware. It’s 7.0-13.5 as the GitHub page states. I have no personal experience to share about it as I don’t own a ps5 though, wish you luck jailbreaking ur unit! Always a bit of a nerve wrecking experience especially the first time with a specific device.

  I think we’d sooner see gas dry up than diesel. If it comes push to shove it’s a lot easier to replace gas vehicles than diesel, there’s simply no alternative for global shipping!

  To tag onto the partner drugging you- had ur drinking water changed? Construction nearby or mold growing somewhere? My town water is currently potable but for a little white had too much haloacetic acid. It came under federal guidelines and was considered drinkable but fluctuates with rainfall amount, and fed guidelines are pretty generous anyways and not the best metric.

  Don’t forget how many transactions have been impacted by the tarrifs. Hell we lost on some fixed price jobs at my work because we priced things before the tarrifs went in and by the time we ordered we were basically paying to finish a promised job. People need not be mad at Nintendo, this issue was caused by the pedophile in chief.

  When Republicans didn’t have the majority they believed in “small govt state rights” so they could do whatever they want in their red bubbles. Now that they hold all the cards, their pro government so they can force their ways in blue bubbles. Not the best way of articulating my point but that’s my thoughts on when they switched. Next time we have a blue majority, they will be pro small govt and anti fed again. Always been this way pretty much on both sides of the aisle.

  This. My father did 12 years as an officer and took a severance package while getting the military to pay for his PhD. Now he’s a professor. My father had a ROUGH and real poor upbringing, and military was the only way out of that hole. He only originally joined because he got my mother pregnant and needed a job that would cover medical and military has about the best healthcare you can get, not to mention the opportunity for education and such. If you live in America and want to benefit from socialist practices that are more common in other countries, you can join the military or you can move 🤷‍♂️

  Strangely enough I almost think the military is our best hope of redemption. Think about it, all the “checks and balances” have failed. The last way our “government” can be redeemed is if the military throws a coup to overthrow the president and host another election. The world cannot see that we are ok with our govemrnent being the way it is without consequence. Will this happen? No. But I do think it’s one of the few ways to retain our global credibility that’s already all burnt up.

  Where I live bikes have as much if not more rights on the road than cars! For every 10mph in a car passing, u have to give them 10 feet. They have full right to use a car lane, and apperantly don’t need to stop at stop signs or lights lol. This is very rare for USA but the states culture makes it possible for bikers to get around even in rural areas! Lots of Q tips out here biking on the main routes, I see them pretty regularly. Not so many young people though!

  Same, thankfully I have a boss that is lenient about that sort of thing. Not everybody’s boss is good, but I think you’ll find if you talk to them about it you can at least loose the hours to get shit done. Need to have ur car registered to drive to work, and need to get to ur docs apts to stay healthy enough to work.

  I’m glad I don’t work for a rich asshole! Not everybody has sold out to a corporate overlord, I have only had 1 job briefly at a chain and there’s a good reason for that. Every other job has been a middle class at best local small business owner. I understand it isn’t always possible for everybody, but you do have some choice. I know I could make more somewhere else but I also don’t want to wake up ready to suck start a shotgun every day!

  Yea I get real tired of hearing the term car accident. Sure accidents can happen, but 99.99% of the time one or both parties in a collision weren’t paying attention and crashes occurred because a shit driver made the wrong move. People get complacent because they can play bumper cars and have little consequence, I think people should be ticketed in accidents more often. For example the 16 screws in my left arm are because a company truck driver “accidentally” took a left over double yellows without waiting for traffic to clear. CLEAR traffic violation, but nah let’s just chalk that up to a standard whoopsie daisy. Now home dudes gonna do the same thing in 3 months next time he gets impatient trying to make a turn.

  Best truck I ever worked out of was a long box regular cab s10 lol. Drop the tail gate down and u only have to lift crap somewhere between your knees and hips to load it, these big short bed trucks I have to hoist stuff up about chest high to load it then I’m out of room in no time because the beds like 4 feet long LOL. Usually those big trucks are for towing stuff and putting a couple pack outs in the trunk (bed would be too generous). Quite frankly if u don’t need a goose neck a 2500 van is probably the ticket, can tow about the same as a 2500 truck but u have a useful covered cargo area that’s easy to load and more secure.

  Not to mention a lot of these new trucks of that stature have WORSE visibility than a semi truck! You could run over a group of children in a cross walk and have no idea 😳 it is honestly surprising there’s not more licencing for driving a vehicle larger than x size. Hell any moron with a regular driver’s licence can get behind the wheel of a RV that’s 40 feet long, and one fuck up in a vehicle that weighs that much can cause a LOT of damage.
