The site at the end of that URL will set a cookie. How else would such a mechanism be functional at all? A call to steams naviagtionTiming api confirming the last page load and nothing else at all? Hard to imagine a product manager agreeing to such a pointless exchange. So it cant be redirected to an ip, which I assume you mean is running its own webserver on loopback:443. It also implies the mechanism to verify allows cross site scripting, at least to that one other domain.

“millionaire” is not quite the same measure of impressive wealth that it used to be. A million dollars from 1974 is equivalent to 5.4 million today.
Heres a calculator if you want to check against your birthday www.in2013dollars.com/us/inflation/1974?amount=10…

Netenyahu was the one arguing that rape on detainees as a tool of war should be allowed in the IDF. How far did he get on that, anyone know if it was made into law?
- Comment on US logic for protecting the political and economic elite has no bounds 1 day ago:
ok-- but If the US government disagreed wth the Israeli leadership we wouldnt be enabling and protecting them. So we dont get to have clean hands just because of jurisidction That Netenyahu pic should really be a picture of Biden standing next to netenyahu, because thats the reality of it, right.

I dont think they need an excuse, they just do whatever they want now. Thats what electing trump is all about, letting them run amuck unrestrained.

Probably overtime for all of them too. These “heroes” all have boats and RVs which arent going to pay for themselves.
- Comment on Performative Perp Walk 2 days ago:
They sure do love taking and posting pictures of him and then yelling at people to not give him any press. How many pics have we seen of him in custody? They dont want coverage of him silenced, they want to control that narrative. US justice system is a sad broken dishonest state of affairs.
- Comment on Well, I guess that settles it 3 days ago:
Its wildly overused though isnt it. Anyone can say almost anything and claim its political.
- Comment on Well, I guess that settles it 3 days ago:
“Nothing will meaningfully improve” is a good translation of biden/harris’s “nothing will fundamentally change” promise.

Look, if Elon got run over by a Tesla, everyone would be laughing it off right now.
I think he should have demonstrated the use of that metal tube he wanted to use as a rescue sub to rescue those kids in the thai cave. Best way to demonstrate its safe is to go into it yourself.
Or he could use a pseudonym and work remote from one of the companies he owns and see how long he lasts as a worker. He thinks he can judge other peoples code? lets see his medicore bitchass show up and show us all how its done.
That guy sucks.
- Comment on The Prisoner's Trolley Problemma 3 weeks ago:
that right, I’d masturbate on the tracks and on the people tied to the tracks so they are slipery and can slide or bounce to safety. And before you judge me, its the only thing I’m really good at and we should make the most of what we have in life.
- Comment on The Prisoner's Trolley Problemma 3 weeks ago:
you find some third way thats not the bad outcomes that are suggested. Theres always possibilities in life and people who say there are not are generally trying to coerce you.

I know what you mean, but I think lying under racism is classism, and the trumpers are a party to service rich people. I doubt they will take care of their “base”. Did Trump do anything for the impoverished whites last time? I kind of gave up on the news for his entire 4 years. Alothough he did stuff for christian churches I think, which doesnt help white trash males in particular.

You sealed the fate of the remaining people living there.
You have no data at all on that-- thats just a self serving fantasy. Biden let the zionists do whatever they wanted, whenever they wanted, as much as they wanted. He didnt even defend the UN, journalists, aid workers or the Americans killed there. He continues to actively break the Leahy laws amongst many others. I am hopeful that since Trump and his followers are antisemites, maybe he wont be as bad as Biden/Harris.
All Biden/Harris offered were words that didnt match their actions and red lines that were completely ignored when Netenyahu ignored them. Other presidents ended the same events with a simple phone call. So your painting of Biden/Harris as supportive of Palestinians is over the top ridiculous.
I’m also hopeful that some president after trump will sign onto the ICC treaty so we can ship Trump and Biden to the Hague for the prison sentence they are so richly overdue for.

Its possible she had no chance even with a perfect campaign.
I dont think thats a reasonable assumption at all.
I think you’re just not ready to admit that the campaign had any flaws at all yet.
- Comment on Post-election blues 1 month ago:
This metaphor has always been poor. Trains are locked on tracks. Harris’s campaign could have steered away from biden and his low approval rating, distance from the voters, and genocide, at any moment she wanted to. She wasnt locked on tracks. Pretending she was so its easy to yell at voters is a really unfortunate takeaway, and dooms the party to continuing to think in ways that will lose. The massive unpopular – historically so even-- incumbent lost. Thats what happened.
- Comment on Post-election blues 1 month ago:
there were 15 million voters who had one reason or another to roll the dice on a candidate they knew was nuts. That is pretty far removed from stupidity or idealogical purism. There are a ton of reasons she lost, not just one. I keep hearing from friends and relatives that groceries are a challenge now. The pundits seem spot on in identifying that as probably one of the larger reasons. But all these people on these threads blaming it on the voters when Harris had it in her power to run a different campaign is just lazy.
