- Comment on Are there any ongoing series you're watching currently that you're worried will be cancelled or quietly forgotten? 4 days ago:
Not really what you are asking for, but I have transitioned back to physical media/discs and I have moved away from modern series as a result. Shows today either feel underdeveloped or if they are good they are cancelled in the name of profit.
It’s nice to watch series that you know have finished and you will get to see the whole story. Currently I’m watching Workaholics and I’m about to rewatch GOT up to the last season.

Stop trying to make Tron happen
- Comment on ‘How To Train Your Dragon 2’ Live-Action Sequel Happening, Set For 2027 – CinemaCon 2 weeks ago:
What a waste of time. Rather than making new ips they would rather just rerelase basically the same movie again. Movie Studios take no risks anymore. Shameful
- Comment on What TV series suffered by introducing an unnecessary romance between characters? And in the reverse, are there any TV series that suffered by NOT introducing a romance between two characters? 2 weeks ago:
The show had lost its magic long before, but the Walking Dead matching up Rick and Michonne. Having read all the comics, they are so wrong for eachother. Great friends, but not relationship level. The big mistake the show made was casting a terrible actress for Andrea so they had to kill her off and thus took away Ricks love interest from the comics.
It really was one in a long list of bad decisions that destroyed an excellent show.
- Comment on ‘Dexter: Original Sin’ Renewed For Season 2 At Showtime 2 weeks ago:
Can Dexter ever just be done? The original show started almost 20 years ago now. If it had been a mini series or capped at 4 seasons, it would go down as one of the best. It’s beating a dead horse with how drawn out it has gone

My goodness guys, this is embarassing. It was supposed to be out already
- Comment on What is a TV show that was one of your favourites, but just went on for far too long? 2 weeks ago:
I strongly believe The Office should have ended when Michael left. His departure was perfect and if they had ended the rest of the show there, they would have finished the show on a high. Instead it dragged on and it became a shell of itself.
If I can advocate for Parks and Rec’s end. I will say that they found a way to wrap it up very well giving each character a satisfying ending to their arcs. The new characters are defintely forgettable and sour the later episodes a bit, but it is worth it for the conclusion.

Lol, all producers care about is getting thanked in a speech.
- Comment on Good to exercise at home instead of gym? 3 weeks ago:
I think it depends on your preference. I worked out at the gym for many years before covid and after the pandemic I built a home gym with a power rack, barbell, adjustable dumbells, and cable machine. Biggest advantage of this is not having to share a rack with anyone. It was sometimes annoying to have to wait for equipment.
What I’ll say is that I really appreciated starting at the gym as I got to have access to every machine and workout equipment. This let me build a workout plan over years and get a good idea of what sort of equipment I would need to stay active. I also found it helpful to see what other people were doing at the gym. Some people clearly have no idea what they are doing, but seeing what other experienced people at the gym were doing gave me some great ideas of what to incorporate into my workouts.
I also did have a personal trainer for 6 months and I highly recommend this, especially when you are new to working out. The biggest value is from having someone experienced give you tips and tricks on how to improve your form and workout safely. Especially as you get stronger and lift heavier weights. It’s easy to lift something slightly wrong and really hurt yourself.
Overall, I always enjoyed my time at the gym and it gave me the knowledge to built a great home gym.

Ill never understand the trailer for a trailer thing. Like I can just wait for a full trailer. I don’t need a preview for a preview of a film.
- Comment on Amazon accused of using algorithms to push warehouse workers to breaking point 4 weeks ago:
Here is my question, why would they want to do that? Like I get that they want to maximize productivity, but if you keep pushing them, then eventually people quit. Don’t they still need workers?
- Comment on would getting back with an ex be a bad idea? 5 weeks ago:
Always a bad idea. Breakups happen for a reason and its always best to move on than hang on to a broken relationship.

I mean, no one cared after Endgame. It felt like the Avengers movies were done then. Apparently the only ones that did not pick up on that was Marvel.
- Comment on Amazon paid more than $1bn to take creative control of James Bond 1 month ago:
I’ve accepted that the days of good Bond movies are over. The only ones ensuring high quality were those producers. I’m just glad they finished the Daniel Craig films before this fiasco started

This is why I got back to buying music again. Paying a monthly subscription to play the same songs I like doesn’t make sense. Own your media
- Comment on what can I use to cushion my knee when exercising with it on the floor so it doesn't hurt? 4 months ago:
They make thick pads for gyms that are designed for exercises where your knee is on the ground. I used them for a while
- Comment on Many TV stations put a banner ad in the picture these days 5 months ago:
Honestly I would take the little banner if it meant there was not comerical breaks. The fact that they do this on top of all the ads they also play at breaks is so over the top. I have been getting into European football and I find it so refreshing that they play 45 mins half straight through. It’s way faster games and there is not the disruption of comericals. In those games they have the banner, but I don’t mind it as much
