- Comment on Would Kamala Harris have won the 2024 election if Latinos didn't shift hard to the right? 3 weeks ago:
Kamala lost because the Dems didn’t show up. Again. Look at the number of votes for 2020 vs 2024. All those “undecided” and “obstainers” that didn’t just stay home. They didn’t bother doing a mail in.

No I mean take a regular shower and let her stand behind you and hold your wee wee while you pee pee.
… Didn’t think I needed to spell it out.
- Comment on Pee posting? 1 month ago:
Yeah the shower is a much easier solution
- Comment on So bad it was actually entertaining 1 month ago:
I went to a restaurant that had this as a gimmick. They were clearly having fun with it though. Rude words with fun delivery.
I think it was dicks last resort.

Not leaking but clearly a pack of meat that has moisture on it.
- Comment on Ok boomer 2 months ago:
I always prefer self checkout because too many people suck at bagging.
Don’t put a leaking pack of meat with my deli you dumb shit. All while I see people pushing full carts that have meat touching produce…
The only place I trust to bag for me is Trader Joe’s. Tetris masters over there.

I married a gamer. Co-op games are 90% of my gaming and it’s mostly fantastic.

Even better. The steamdeck is like the Switch. Dock it and play on your TV. You can even render on a gaming PC and stream to your TV of you want those cutting edge graphics.
- Comment on Anon takes the welding pill 2 months ago:
For real. The number of times I’ve seen people “weld” without proper eyewear is ridiculous. Mainly “street” techs or “friends” doing work for a quick buck. The ONE I saw recently using PPE was a corporate worker fixing a ladder in a retail store.
- Comment on Empires fall 2 months ago:
They also invested heavily into selling loads of televisions. They stocked up on TVs for the holiday season using purchase orders (basically using an IOU to pay back later), but when they were stuck with all thier unsold stock they folded since they couldn’t pay those bills.

I approve of this sentiment.

So I thought this was a good idea until I did a search. Found tons of motor oil recycling.

- Comment on 14 films that embarassed the blockbusters by making millions off tiny budgets 2 months ago:
I had the DVD special with making of bits.
It shows how they went to a local blacksmith to make the pully rig for the zipline scene and it was dirt cheap.
Damn I miss DVDs from back in the day. Directors commentary, deleted scenes, bloopers and behind the scenes were the shit.

- Comment on #goals 3 months ago:
I’m glad you mad with though.
Funny my own depression didn’t really kick up until my living conditions got better
I’ve been working so hard and long to survive and provide that I didn’t have time to think about myself.
Now I’m older and better off. Got time to breathe, maybe get a hobby. Then i look back at my life. To see many years wasted. No hobbies. No vacations. No friends.
I was just a drone for fucking decades.
Funny how bad the system is engineered for the lower caste. Makes me feel like cattle for the machine to feed the billionaires.
If I had the basic needs of survival to not struggle how much more would I have lived life instead of just survived it?
- Comment on Posting the shopping cart theory because people had questions in a separate thread 3 months ago:
This is accurate is my city with no coin traps. Nicer areas have no carts laying around. “Lower class” areas have lots of carts around.
Funny thing is in the high class area I never see an employee doing cart return, but in the lower class area they’ll be 2 or 3 doing it.
So it’s not a matter of staffing. It’s the people not having good cart etiquette.
- Comment on Anon is a good samaritan 3 months ago:
Yep. I was 20 years old nearly living check to check. A medical bill of $1,000+ on top of the hundreds for the ER would’ve stung bad.
- Comment on Anon is a good samaritan 3 months ago:
Fun fact. I slashed my wrist with a broken bottle at a party once. Had someone call an ambulance. They said nothing major hit. Wrapped me up. Asked if I wanted a ride.
I said no cause it’s dumb money. Then I asked how to pay them. They said they only charge for rides. It blew my mind. My potentially life saving call didn’t cost me anything. (Its over $1,000 for an ambulance ride).
I told them I’m good now and got a ride to the ER. Expensive stitches after waiting for hours. I should’ve taken off the bandage and walked in dripping blood.
- Comment on Thank you! 3 months ago:
You get the warm bitter espresso then the cool sweet vanilla icecream. You need to eat it quick while it melts then drink it when it combines into a coolish sweet coffee thing.
Its fantastic and so simple.
