  The egg is a century egg/tea egg and common in a few Asian cuisines. It’s awesome in rice porridge.

  The most disappointing apple I’ve ever had was an Arkansas black (or might’ve been Alabama black). Cosmetically it’s a gorgeous apple. Nice and round and a deep shade a red, like what you’d expect to see used as a prop in a Snow White production. But when you bite into it it’s a sandy, mealy disgrace.

  The niche subreddits are really hard to adjust without. I would’ve gone cold turkey if it weren’t for those because you simply can’t find the info anywhere else. I was using RDX to browse those subs but now that’s gone too (for now, hopefully the dev finds a workaround)

  I haven’t tested this on all cookies, but when it comes to Oreos you watch for air bubbles to come out as the cookie soaks up the milk. Once the bubbles slow down you know you’ve hit the right saturation point.

  When I was a kid I had oral surgery which made chewing food right after difficult while I recovered. My mom made a chicken veggie soup that she blended so that it was smooth and it was actually amazing. Like a savory shake.

  I haven’t been on neopets in years and now I can’t login anymore. I think at a certain point they changed their login system and my email got lost so I can’t do password recovery anymore. Such a shame because I had put in a lot of work into that account as a kid and had millions saved up.
