I would buy the right-handed pencils, because I’m right handed. You shouldn’t buy mismatched pencils, below is a story showing what happens.
the story
Left-handed pencils for 20 cents each - Right-handed pencils, 5 for 1 dollar My friend Paul bought a pencil at this exact store. He’s left-handed, but the store had somehow ran out of left-handed pencils. So, being the smart-ass he is, Paul thought: — Golly! I’ll just buy a right-handed one. It’s a great deal, even! 5 whole pencils, all for one dollar! That was his gravest mistake. He picked up the pencil with his left hand, as usual. It beeped thrice, rang a bit, then exploded. He lost his left arm, and only survived because he received immediate medical attention. This is what happens when you use a mismatched pencil. It may not look like it at first, but which hand you use them with matters. Spread this message.

i hate it when someone sees something cool and unusual and immediately feels the need to correct it… as if it were a negative thing.
oh - a kindergartner is so good at writing that they can write with either hand, and you see a problem in that?? it’s such a sad way to think! it’s counterproductive pedantry

I prefer normal text-to-speech (with subtitles ideally) if the person making the video can’t speak themselves. Vocaloids/UTAUs can also be used for voicing but I imagine that’s a lot of tedious work. They can also pay someone or ask a friend to voice their script for them.
AI generated voices are a sign that the whole thing is slop. Not worth watching. Same applies for AI generated thumbnails.

Side topic: I think Pascal’s Wager is stupid because what if there is a god and it only sends believers to hell? What if there is a good and it sends everyone to hell no matter what? What if there is a god and it didn’t make an afterlife and won’t interfere in actual life, so why even bother? What if there’s a flying spaghetti monster out there and that’s what god is?

I’d never heard of IPFire before searching btw, and it’s not a general purpose distribution. I cannot find any active distro for J, but I found this JustEnoughLinuxOS

I always think of segunda-feira as the first day of the week, despite the name; though it appears that calendars here start on Sunday (something I’ve never noticed).
While it is the first day of the work week, it makes more sense to think of it as the second day in Portuguese so the naming stays consistent.

I get it, this is one of those reverse colorblindness tests that only colorblind people can see. The hippo must be in an unknown color only visible by those who can’t see other colors and have more experience with that unknown color. I can’t believe I just figured it out like that.
- Comment on surely your hobby can't be that expensive 5 months ago:
Digital art. Potentially expensive at first, but if you already have a working computer, tablet, or even a phone, all you need¹ is to buy a drawing tablet, which can have a screen or not², and the screenless ones are way cheaper!
When it comes to software, I’d recommend Krita or ibisPaint (for phones) which are free (Krita is free and open-source - no ads, ibisPaint is free as in “it costs $0 but has ads”). There are lots of other software for digital art, and basically everything other than Adobe software (🤮) shouldn’t be super expensive.
¹ You can use a mouse or a touchscreen instead if you can’t buy a drawing tablet - they’re not great to draw with but still viable for the hobby.
² You’d think a screenless tablet would be hard to get used to, but after some practice you get used to it.

- Comment on Do you cheat in video games? 5 months ago:
Yes, but also not really? Not sure if enabling “Keep Inventory” counts as cheating in survival Minecraft or if it counts as a play style. Of course creative mode is only cheating when you use it in a world that was meant for survival, but I haven’t done that. Really unsure what counts as cheating in Minecraft singleplayer to be honest.
Other games: no, not really, I don’t even know how to cheat in Hollow Knight for example, Universe Sandbox is fully a sandbox game so you can’t cheat, and…
Oh wait, I guess I did use Assist Mode in Celeste once? I think that counts as cheating since I didn’t really need assist mode at all I was just frustrated and wanted to have fun. Yeah, sometimes I cheat actually. It’s fun in singleplayer and doesn’t ruin the game for anyone else.
