None of that is relevant to me and it rarely works for me anyway. I feel like that’s, at least partially, a cop out. Catbox for me has been a constant issue for several years across all kinds of devices, apps, browsers etc. with and without adblockers, vpns and any other things that could affect it. I’m absolutely certain it’s just them being shit and nothing else.

I love the channel too, but I haven’t watched any of it for about a year. I just don’t have the mental energy to get that into so many topics that, while they’re objectively bad, don’t apply much to me as a non-american. Just the daily reading of posts from lemmy and the grounded app, both worldwide and local to me can be too much some days. It sucks cause I like the show and podcast, and love their humor, but there’s not really any way to interact with it without diving deep into fucked up shit.

Why watch playthroughs at all? Just wait till the games are on sale. And only a year isn’t that long, wait more and get better deals with more complete games. There’s nothing saying you need to hurry in any way, and several things saying it’s a good idea to wait. There are more than enough games available for anyone to not have to constantly claw at the newest releases.

Yeah, I never finished that and didn’t even get the sequel because it felt like it was deliberately designed to waste time to pad out the game time. Hollowknight never feels like that even though it took me several tries to finish it and it made me mad because of how unbeatable some bosses felt.
