I’m not talking about leggings made specially to do that, just regular sport leggings, like those from asics, nike, adidas or lululemon
do men leggings also push up your butt like women's do?

Idk about mens leggings, didnt know they exist, but, women’s leggings will pull things in and up. The are compression so it pulls in the extraneous bits. Hand down most comfortable pants ive ever worn.
