There was a dude that used to frequent the bar I worked in with the last name Fuller. We used to say he was fuller shit because he wouldn’t shut the fuck up. If we saw him coming we would run, because the first bartender he started talking to was going to be stuck there for at least two hours listening to him ramble about his whisky collection.
The man was a hoarder and an alcoholic, once bragged about how he hid $30k worth of whisky uber his baby’s crib so his wife wouldn’t find it. And that’s basically the gist of his rants, but they were unending.
This news put a smile on my face.

Commenting, even to point out that it’s rage bait is part of the bait. It’s about engagement. (Yes I know that I, too, and contributing to the engagement by saying this)
- Comment on Why does the microwave button have a "popcorn" button when every microwave popcorn brand says "DO NOT USE THE POPCORN BUTTON"? 5 days ago:
My dogs come running when I get out the air popper because there’s always a kernel or two that lands in the bowl before popping and sends a bunch flying. Yes I scream like a child every time which makes the dogs flinch, but not enough to stop them from hoovering up all the popcorn.

I’ve seen some twin dicks in porn and they look identical, along with everything else.

I spent a chunk of my childhood in rural America and loved the dollar tree. So much junk I could afford with the money I stole from my dad’s wallet.
Moved to Australia as a teen and it still angers me to this day, 20 years later, that the dollar store here is more of a suggestion. Couldn’t find one thing under $5 in there despite being called the dollar store.

Accurate name there mate.
If they use ai to make their game, it becomes soulless ai slop like the rest of it. The people copying their game aren’t making anything good or even worth playing, and the intent isn’t for it to be good. They’re just making slop to siphon sales away from the original game, while cashing in on someone else’s idea. And in the meantime it clogs up the marketplaces and pushes legitimate games down in the listings so it’s harder to get seen, while also making your game look like part of the slop. Not to mention it’s just straight up ip theft at that point.
I’ve seen the exact same thing play out on every market place. Ai has just made it possible to do it faster, and with games. I made a sticker design and listed it on redbubble. It was pretty popular, sold quite a bit. The instant it started getting rankings, people/bots screen shot the design and uploaded it again themselves. Pushed my listing all the way down by gaming the SEO and the sales dried up.
Same thing on Etsy. Made handmade jewellery. People stole the designs, made cheap imitations in China and sold them for a fraction of the cost, cheaper than I could produce them for because I was using real gold/silver. But in the meantime my legitimate listing was pushing all the way down.
- Comment on Just a little Lemmy bake off 1 week ago:
Those photos are so confusing. None of them look right, but the towels and bakeware are pretty consistent which ai struggles with so I feel like they’re real. But then there’s different baking dishes in some of the photos? But the towels are the same between shots. Kind of implies the author either made beans for 100 people, or dirtied every dish in their kitchen with the same set of beans for photos. Or ai has gotten just good enough that I’m left wondering.
Either way, I’d pick a different recipe lmao. I didn’t read any of it but the layout/amount of text is insane.

- Comment on At least my dick is minty fresh 3 weeks ago:
Hmm, probably the many penises (and the man attached to them) I have personally interacted with. Some of the circumcisions are quite tight and they’ve said it hurts to jerk off without lube. A dry hand sliding over tight skin is not a good feeling. I personally have a foreskin so I don’t need lube, but I’ve met people who do.
- Comment on At least my dick is minty fresh 3 weeks ago:
Some people don’t have a foreskin, makes it a bit dry to do anything with it without lube.

Yeah the trick is to put your reusable bags in the trolley, with a second reusable bag inside them. Put your groceries in the inner bag, and the items you’re going to steal in the outer bag between the layers of bag as you shop.
Then when you get to the self checkout, you unload the inner bags onto the checkout, scan as normal, move your trolley to the other side with all the unscanned items hidden between bag layers, pay, load the inner bags with the paid groceries. They’ll never even see the stuff between bags after you’ve unloaded for scanning, and if they look into the bags it still looks empty.
… Or so I’ve been told

I used to work in a whiskey bar and the amount of times women would come in and get all upset because “whisky makes me depressed” and “gin makes me sleepy”, “why do you only have one vodka?”.
Bitch. It’s fucking ethanol. The only difference is the flavour. Drink the one vodka we have or go to a different bar. It’s a whisky bar.
- Comment on Palantir CEO Alex Karp has mental breakdown in front of reporters 3 weeks ago:
Yeah I have that thought regularly. These idiots can’t just keep to themselves and be rich and do literally whatever the fuck they want, they have to be in the public eye and fuck with our lives. But so far none of them seem mentally stable enough to maintain a good image if they’re in front of the camera enough without a pr person filtering the things they say.
So I hope it gets to them that no one likes them. I hope they feel supremely lonely. Like that time Elon Musk thought he would be super cool and stream playing PoE but ended up rage quitting in silence while crying (in his private jet) because twitch chat spammed stuff like “Grimes will never love you” and telling him to pay child support. I hope they feel like that every day.

I did 6th, 7th and 8th grade in small town Oklahoma 20 years ago so I have first hand experience. Curious to know how bad it’s gotten since the advent of classroom iPads and ai, especially since they’ve maintained their bottom rankings.
My 8th grade geography teacher was the wrestling coach. He had a projector with slides that matched the text book, and would just scroll through then reading off the screen so class. All of our assignments were in the textbook, which also has the answers printed in them. And that is what he used to grade the assignments. I got an award for “excellence in geography” at the end of the year, but I know for a fact it’s because I was in his class first in the mornings and I set up the projector for him because he didn’t know how.
I feel bad for the teachers looking back, they were doing their best but had fuckall to work with.
- Comment on do men leggings also push up your butt like women's do? 4 weeks ago:
Doesn’t answer your question, but there was a guy at the gym I used to go to that always wore white leggings. Dude was stacked, looked like a body builder in his 50s. I didn’t notice how it fit his ass, mostly because he had a very small dick and balls that most definitely were lifted by the leggings. Pointed straight forwards and perfectly outlined. Everyone that went to that gym knew of him, and called him leggings guy.

So when she does torture and murder it’s the death penalty, but when the system does it they just ignore it. Love that.

Why was she imprisoned for 32 years of age was already sentenced to death? What’s the point? I don’t agree with the death penalty in general, but if you’re going to do it, just do it?

- Comment on They say, "You'll have to wait". It's a bullshit argument against Universal Healthcare. 4 weeks ago:
I had a severely herniated disc to the point where I spent a good six months or so on opiates and stuck laying in bed. Was ok to walk short distances after a while so it was considered low priority for surgery. 3 year wait time, but I finally had it done and went home after a night in the hospital. The opiates were ~$12 for a month with no insurance.
Cost me $0, and was given strong meds to take home for post op pain. Also free. (In Australia).
Idk if I’d have even gotten surgery in America, Luigi killed the United cunt because he was denied treatment for the same issue. Like, what’s the point of insurance if there’s a chance they won’t even give it to you at all? And if they do you’re still probably so out of pocket that you’re worse off anyways.
Like yeah, I wish I’d been treated sooner. It fucking sucked and I’ll have back pain for the rest of my life. But I had the option to go private and go into debt if I wanted to. Americans don’t even have a choice.
