Boomers boomering about technology they don’t understand while simultaneously showing they don’t even know the difference between a squid and an octopus.
Dreadful, truly dreadful.

A squid (pl. squid) is a mollusc with an elongated soft body, large eyes, eight arms, and two tentacles
Back in my day, being correct was the bare minimum for pedantry. Kids these days…

Orson Welles’ imaginary takes on modern media are glorious how dare you

You right, I am ashamed of my actions here.

I mean, squid do have 8 arms. Their 2 extra tentacles for pulling and grabbing prey aren’t considered to be arms.

Boomers paying $200 a month for cable just to watch local News that they can get for free, telling me that everything on Netflix is garbage. I’m not saying that everything on Netflix isn’t garbage but I question their ability to make informed decisions.

Apple has eaten Netflix’s fucking lunch when it comes to original series. Highly reccomend Slow Horses!

Seconding Slow Horses, I’m in season 3 and it keeps getting better.

Slow Horses is great! But I’m waiting for the new season to finish before I start it because once I get into it I can’t wait a week for each episode.

Not even Gary Oldman can save that series. The other actors are terrible. EastEnders levels of terrible.
