The weird part is apparently Canada got hit by this too.
I’d be curious what those “market conditions” are that screw over our northern neighbors too 🤔

Oh hey it’s my film history classmates.
Except they mostly wore white adidas instead of the beige clogs. Genuinely cute look on a lot of people to be honest though lol

That’s how I made about half of my friends, probably wait for a dating scenario though.
Probably start with taking turns infodumping about your favorite topics if you’re on a date with someone similar.

I mean, Grimm’s Fairy Tales are similar levels of absurd violence lol

It’s going to come down to anything with even a whisper of LGBTQ+/minority/disability/etc representation, just like with books.
They start with the “egregious” content (not that it’s necessarily right to remove that either), then narrow it down until it shapes up into hegemonic conformity and systemic oppression via media (there’s a term for it, kind of like stochastic violence but not quite that I can’t remember atm).

I’ve expanded my music library by quite a bit since then, but the core sounds remain largely the same.
The innovation of lo-fi though has been pretty sick.

Peplum tops, low rise jeans, whale tails and studded belts.
Newsboy caps, pants under dresses, neckties as necklaces and uggs.
Clear lip gloss (or foundation as lip coverage), pink/purple eyeshadow and oversized D&G knockoffs with a comically over/undersized handbag.
Oh and “juicy” velour tracksuits in the tackiest color you can find.
It was inescapable hell 🫠

Snake would also fall under that category

If it connects the way I think it does, it would allow for the user to hold the “phone” part to their ear and dial on the touchpad like a traditional landline phone while being able to use wireless technology.
The rest of the tablet apps are what make it not ideal, since its main use case seems to be the phone itself.
TL;DR: use like regular phone, other apps useless.

This seems targeted towards elderly people and while the implementation isn’t ideal the concept itself isn’t too bad.
- Comment on Nintendo touts high employee retention rate after loss of Microsoft jobs rocks Xbox Game Studios 3 weeks ago:
TBF, even if they’re a shit company to their consumers it’s kind of funny for them to point out they still make boatloads of money while keeping employees since it makes others look bad.
“Efficiency” is smoke-blowing bull for the sake of putting a few more pennies in shareholder stocks. Stable profits are far more sustainable and better for the real economy (where real people spend real money) than infinite growth since having a regular paycheck allows people to continue buying things.

What’s the fucking difference between[…]
Multiple people are getting paid so they can make a living, more money flows through the economy and even if you don’t personally find it to your taste, it’s still the result of cumulative human efforts.
Gen AI has its uses in personal entertainment but I will spit on the corpo who tries to make me pay for art a person didn’t actually compose/play.
Spotify is no paragon of morality but at least I can find real, human artists via the platform and see/support them in other ways.
When it comes to human expression, I only want my money to go to human expression (even if it’s deemed “soulless”).

Not who you asked, but I’m in the middle of a playthrough right now and yes that’s exactly it. The deck building doesn’t feel grindy like Pokémon though.
