  Women getting pleased is attractive. Two women getting pleased is double attractive. I don’t typically watch lesbians, but I understand the draw. When I’m with my wife and girlfriend, I don’t request them do things with each other, but I love pleasing them both, and when they team up on me as well. The few times they have played with each other has been fun too, but I like to be involved.

  I don’t have the statistics but my impression is that straight women turned on by gay men are actually quite common, and I’ve never encountered men fascinated by lesbian romance the way some women are fascinated by gay male romance.

  As for your question: at least for me, sexual attractiveness seems like a property only women can have. It might sound silly, but a part of me feels sorry for straight women and gay men because they’re attracted to a category of people which is so clearly not attractive. Intellectually I know that attraction is subjective and other people can experience attraction to men the way I experience attraction to women, but on some level I can’t quite believe that. So, in short, two women together are two attractive beings. A woman with a man is an attractive being with a non-attractive being.

  Very generally, male brains tend to react to visual sex signals more than female ones. Women are far less likely to be aroused by visuals, which is why evolution put no effort into making male genitalia presentable while women have elaborate and overt markers of sexual maturity that are generally also considered pretty. It’s also the reason why the porn industry, as the producers of a visual medium, caters to men a lot more than women. It’s simply easier to make porn for men (have lots of the right visual signals and you’re good) than for women (ugh, idk, plot?).

      True, their design philosophy has a certain emphasis on pragmatism but they do have the decency to cover themselves in layers and be less blatant about their existence than penises ;)

  The myth that women enjoy sex less than men although not always borne out by experience has become fixed as an expected societal norm. Conversely a woman that does enjoy sex and is not merely enduring it for the good of her relationship is therefore thought unusual and very alluring. The surest example of this is a lesbian encounter as there could be no reason for it other than at least one of the women desires it. Ironically therefore one of the sexual acts that a man finds most exciting is the one he is precluded from by definition. It represents against type evidence of definite sexual desire in a woman which although simplistic and unreal is nevertheless a deep seated view.

  It varies from person to person. Clearly you know of an example where the power comes into it.

  I enjoy it more when the women are actually lesbians/bi and into it because seeing two people I find attractive doing sexy things means more of what I want to seeas with any porn, if they are into it then that makes it even better.
