Gods, I quit smoking back in 2020, and my allergies have been brutal ever since.
Like, it’s freaking winter here, can I not get a month break at least? No? So it’s snotty nose and itchy eyes for me then.
Is it still seasonal allergies if they last all four seasons?

It’s cold and terrible weather here, I am now experiencing asthma from the exhaust emissions of vehicles on my commute, I can’t use deodorants, I can’t be around colleagues who use parfumes or stronger deodorants and I can’t use fabric softeners when washing my clothes.
Theoretically I only have seasonal allergies…
Also I am allergic to dogs, but I am not giving up my doggo!
