    Streamers but instead of a face cam they have someone’s elaborate 3d models created that look like anime girls, and track with their actual body movements.

    As others have said they can frequently look like young girls, but I’m my limited experience the ones that are leaning into the sexual aspect in any way are obviously adult models, and the ones that look younger are more silly and goofy
