Been an nvidia fan most of my life. But between Windows 10 EoL, and nvidia still gimping their GPUs ram it was time to move on. New 9070 xt. Figuring out optiscaler for fsr4 was an initial hurdle but now that everything is up and working initial impressions are great.
EVGA doesnt exist anymore sadly. Wish they did an AMD card.
I would have paid more for evga if they had an AMD card. As is, I went with what I could get for msrp.
9060 here. I’m sure you already have a distro picked, but I found Fedora quite good for gaming.
I’m still sad about 3Dfx :(

It’s actually Voodoos, I had have two Voodoo 2s (12MB versions) in SLI.
Whatchu gaming on now, then? SteamOS? Bazzite? Some other Linux distro? And what kind of perf are you getting?
On mint for now. Mainly because I’m familiar with apt and it made setup for docker easier being on a dist I’m familiar with.

Got the same. Works flawless so far on Fedora 43. Still playing around with AV1 VAAPI to figure out good settings for recording.
