Better than the various real estate agent postings I’ve seen in my area.
No delightful kerning issues, just a avalanche of fonts (some variants of the same typeface, must just completely different) with no rhyme or reason.
Something akin to a serial killer manifesto.

If the bowtie didn’t cover up the dot of the i it would be much more readable. But yeah, regardless, bad font.
