    Ever since Carter returned it in ‘77. He died six days after Trump announced his interest in reclamation.

    Carter got even though. All government flags will be at half mast for Trump’s inauguration. The “death of democracy” photos will symbolize his presidency in perpetuity.

    Trump is Big Mad that Panama doesn’t deny climate change, understands that the amount of flow rates available from Lake Gatun are finite, and refuses to unsustainably drain it in order to push more traffic through the canal for the US’ short-term benefit.
