They create these titles with a dartboard. It doesn’t really matter what it means, as long as it sounds fancy.

It’s like a senior front end coordinator level 2 but without logistical responsibilities for the “outside of the box” thoughts.

Anybody have any insight into what a “Market People Lead” is?
It sounds closer to an office job, but I can’t imagine wearing a nametag at HQ either
Im leaning towards it being word salad that sounds important, so when people ask to speak to the manager they feel like they’re getting someone above their pay grade

If I asked for a manager and got the “Market People Lead” I would tell them I’m looking for someone in charge, not someone to lead me around a damn market

If you ever talk to “VP of…” Yeaaaa…

They’re the Lead Director of Staff Scheduling. They’re the Vice President of Meeting Budget Restraints. They’re the Chief of Handling Customer Complaints. They’re the manager and they got a fancy title instead of a raise.

From a quick search, it seems to maybe be some kind of HR, but I’m not sure.

My guess is they work across multiple locations (Market) and manage personnel (People Lead). Everything up to that title seems likely to be related to just the one location.
Field offices for my company have team leads oversee 3 locations. Not sure how it would work in fast food, but that’s what I’m drawing my guesses from.
