How about the default reminders app, the default journal/notes app, the default health app, the default fitness app and a browser for learning? No subscriptions, no ads and better privacy.
I can’t articulate why, but this feels a little dystopian.
Probably because overall, this app collection treats you like a machine in need of precise optimization and maintenance of everything including relaxation?
That’s what creeps ME out about it, at least 🤷
Why does meditation need my financial information?
Use a water reminder app on my watch, but my problem is that I try for a gallon a day, and my options to add water to the app are limited. Either I can do 250ml at a time, in which case I have to try and mentally count how many sips I’ve had, and add it when I think I hit 250ml, or I can lower it to around 20ml, or a sip, and I can only add 99 in a day…
Either way, it’s a PITA. I just got a 4 liter metal water bottle, and try to make sure I drink the whole thing in a day.
I use the pictured water app. It let’s you set how much you want, optionally pings you every so many minutes, and allows for custom settings. It works pretty well for me.
I love TickTick, but this post seems really off
