    Mr. Kennedy, he wrote, may have violated not only the Marine Mammal Protection Act (1972) and the Endangered Species Act (1973) — two seminal marine conservation laws — but also the Lacey Act of 1900, a conservation law signed by President William McKinley that prohibits the transportation of illegally gathered wildlife, dead or alive, across state lines.

  If I had a nickel for every time RFK Jr. tried to take dead wildlife home with him, I’d have apparently a lot more than two nickels, and that’s really fuckin’ weird.

      Smh he should be appointed secretary of transporting dead carcasses of endangered species, he has a special ability for this. Think of all the jobs this could create. Wasted talent in my opinion
