  To be fair, the Furya sequel was planned long before Fury Road was even out. But Fast and Furious was in full swing, so it sat on the back burner forever.

    Also to be fair, the Chronicles of Riddick named Riddick’s home planet Furiosa before that new Mad Max movie was even being written.
