Any suggestions for an easy option for âGerman foodâ that I could take as a plate for a morning tea at work? Iâd like to make Bienenstitch but I donât know if Iâll have time so want a backup option.

This could be the winner - both simple and the dough and cookies can be made in advance. I actually bought a textured rolling pin to make these sorts of biscuits, unfortunately it is unlikely to arrive in time for this đ
