I wonder if it is also differing beauty standards. Older men used to be considered more sexy. Nowadays a guy over 40 is basically a corpse but if you watch old movies you’ll see guys who look 59 or even 60 in hero roles, and they get the girl, too.
So what I’m saying is, Sean Connery might never be chosen as a leading actor today because he looks too old.

Idk, I’ve been around and been a smoker a large portion of life, I look like I’m a young 25 still despite being 35 (it ain’t me saying, I just got a young face). Some people just look younger for longer.
I don’t feel 25, my body hates what I’ve done to it 😂

Its the angle and lightning. If you look up other pictures of him he looks more like an actual adult. Still way younger looking than Sean of course.
