When I’ve been to a driving range there’s someone employed with a golf cart who drives around collecting the balls.
I thought this was a personal ball gobbler and based on the original image it seemed rather impractical, but the big sticky arms makes it much more useful.

Well that’ll teach me for only looking at the picture. That seems much more efficient.

It looks like someone can just pull this along behind them and it’ll pick up the balls and deposit them in the basket.
On the one hand I’m pressed by the engineering, but the other part of me asks is it worth the effort of buying and carrying this device if only collecting a single person’s balls. Seems a lot of effort when one could just pick the 10 balls up by hand …

The teachers answer is perfect. If the phone has the same number then it’s the same phone. If it has a different number then it’s going to be a pain for the student to update all his contacts “new phone, who dis”

The phrase you’re asking about is a play on words and internet slang. Here’s a breakdown:
-
Rizzler: This term refers to someone who has “rizz,” which is slang for charisma or the skill of attracting the opposite sex.
-
Fanum Tax: This is an internet slang term that means stealing someone’s food or being entitled to some of it. It’s often used humorously online.
-
Beta: In internet slang, a “beta” often refers to someone who is perceived as lacking confidence or assertiveness, often contrasted with an “alpha” who is seen as dominant or confident.
-
Rizzness: This is a play on “rizz,” referring to the quality of being charming or attractive.
So, the phrase “Catch a lowkey beta a fish, and you can Fanum tax him” means that if you help someone who is less confident (a beta) by giving them a fish, you can then take some of their food (Fanum tax them). The second part, “Teach a beta to fish, and you destroy a top-tier rizzness opportunity,” suggests that by teaching them to be self-sufficient, you lose the chance to show off your own charm or attractiveness.

“Krebs, through CISA, falsely and baselessly denied that the 2020 election was rigged and stolen, including by inappropriately and categorically dismissing widespread election malfeasance and serious vulnerabilities with voting machines,” the presidential missive. This despite the complete lack of credible evidence of any voting irregularities or inaccurate results in the 2020 election of Joe Biden as president.
Trump sure likes his revenge. I wonder when people will start falling out of windows.

Nice explanation. However I’d argue the bottom right panel is different because the right hand door is the back door of the car, and therefore, different to frames 2 and 3.

Yep, how can the benefits of competition and reward play out if there’s no punishment for failure.

many engines do not require this procedure. It depends on whether the engine is equipped with hydro-compensators: these are devices designed for automatic adjustment of the thermal gap. They work at the expense of the oil entering them from the engine (that is why, actually, and are called “hydro-compensators”) and completely exclude the necessity of periodic manual adjustment of valves.
