Filmer finds car with post-its on the plates, removes it, looks up the records for the plate, sees a bunch of infractions, later the owner of the car comes up and the filmer yells at him for having their plate covered and speeding in school zones, then there’s a montage of him removing coverings from a bunch of other plates
